Well after bouncing my blog around the internet for the past couple of months,I finally settled on a permanent home. I am being hosted by GoDaddy. Yay me! I know I lost followers over the last few months so I want to thank those of you that stayed with me. And to all you new people, Welcome!

Being that its Wednesday again, I’ll post another Lazy Girls recipe. The reason I call these recipes Lazy Girls is that they require very little in the way or actual work. A big caveat…I don’t personally measure things when I cook unless I absolute HAVE to. I am a Lazy Girl after all…
I will list the brands that I use but feel free to use whatever. Cause after all a Lazy Girl uses what she has on hand.
- 1/2 box Barilla Piccolini Mini Penne Pasta
- 1 can 26 oz Hunts Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
- 1 bag 2 cup size Sargento Mexican Cheese
- 1/2 can full of water
I use a 13 x 9 glass baking dish to cook this in. First, put half the box of
noodles in the bottom of the dish. Then add about 3/4 of a cup of cheese. (More or less if you want. Remember, cooking is not an exact science ) Pour the can of sauce over this and then fill the can half full of water. Pour the water in and then stir the whole mess together. Cover tightly with foil and bake.
400° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Pull off foil add about 1/2 cup more cheese ad put into the oven for 5 more minutes.
You don’t need to preheat an oven unless something needs to go into a HOT oven. Just a little FYI. That’s a discussion for another time though.
This is an extremely easy dinner to make when you don’t want to be in the kitchen for long.As you can see, Emily and Megan Love this.
Hope you enjoy!
